About Andrew

Andrew is an Associate Director at TBB Planning with more than 25 years’ experience in urban design, masterplanning and urban transformation. He is passionate about seeing bold visions delivered on the ground and embraced by the communities they are created for.

Andrew helps clients solve complex challenges through creative, evidence-based urban design, with expertise spanning urban transformation, masterplanning, engagement, residential land development and transport infrastructure. His recent WA project experience includes the Albany Highway Precinct Plan for the Town of Victoria Park, Kingsford in Bullsbrook for Okeland Communities, and East Green in Greenwood for Frasers Property.

Andrew joined TBB in 2026 and holds a Master of Urban Design from the University of Sydney, where he was a twice Dean’s Award recipient, and a Bachelor of Town Planning (Honours) from the University of New South Wales. He also enjoys contributing to the profession through industry and community involvement, including tutoring students and participating in groups such as the UDIA Infill and Precincts Committee.

Born in Sydney, having spent three years in the UK, and living in Perth since 2012, Andrew brings a broad perspective and a strong appreciation for the character of Australian places. Outside work, he jokes that he has a second job as an Uber driver for his two teenagers, and he still loves riding his bike to work — despite more than a few run-ins with cars and e-rideables.
