About Andrew

Andrew is a Senior Associate at TBB with more than 15 years’ experience in urban design and masterplanning across the UK, Europe and international markets. He is passionate about seeing ambitious ideas become real places — delivering high-quality homes, neighbourhoods and spaces where people can live, work and play.

Andrew specialises in masterplanning, strategic land, garden city layouts and large-scale residential and mixed-use development. He has led multidisciplinary teams on complex projects combining housing, employment, commercial uses and major infrastructure. His project experience includes Dunston Garden Village and Tasley Garden Village, both significant new communities planned around landscape, connectivity and long-term growth.

Andrew joined TBB in 2026 following a decade with Pegasus Group, where he progressed to Director and led its North West urban design offices. He holds a Master of Urban Studies and Planning from the University of Sheffield, studied urbanism at Université Lumière Lyon 2, and is a Recognised Practitioner in Urban Design with the Urban Design Group.

Originally from Nottinghamshire in the UK, Andrew later lived in Cheshire and worked in Manchester. Outside work, he loves the great outdoors and has swapped mountain climbing for long walks in the hills with his wife and three young children.
