About Eoghan

Eoghan is motivated by the role planners play in shaping the places and communities that define Western Australia. Curious by nature and practical in his approach, he focuses on finding clear, workable pathways to move projects forward.

He joined TBB following early industry experience while completing a Bachelor of Arts (Urban and Regional Planning) at Curtin University. Prior to entering consulting, he spent two years in a law firm working on planning matters, building a strong foundation in statutory frameworks, process and risk.

Eoghan’s interests sit across urban design and statutory planning. He brings a logical, considered mindset to each brief and enjoys helping clients unpack complex issues into solutions that are grounded, achievable and responsive to context.

Based in Perth and proud of his Irish roots, he’s usually outdoors either at the beach, playing cricket, or planning his next trip.
