About Gemma

Gemma is passionate about creating a workplace where people feel supported, valued and proud of the work they do. She leads TBB’s people and culture program, partnering closely with the leadership team to attract talented planners and designers, nurture capability and build a culture that brings out the best in everyone.

She joined TBB in 2022 and quickly became a trusted advisor to both management and the wider team. Gemma designs and implements people-focused strategies that strengthen engagement, grow our skills and ensure TBB remains a place where people can genuinely thrive. Her background spans HR roles across mining, building, education and the motor industry, giving her a well-rounded, practical approach to people development and workplace wellbeing.

Gemma holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, with majors in Human Resource Management, Management and Industrial Relations. She spends her weekends chasing after her two energetic boys and four equally energetic poodles.
