About Katherine

Katherine is a thoughtful and collaborative planner who cares deeply about how people experience the places they call home. With 15 years at TBB, she’s known for her calm leadership style, clear thinking and ability to translate complex planning requirements into advice her clients can act on with confidence.

She brings a strong foundation in structure planning and masterplanning across both greenfield and infill environments, and she’s passionate about shaping places that create lasting benefits for communities. As an accredited IAP2 practitioner, Katherine is equally at home designing engagement strategies and facilitating conversations that the community actively participates in and feels valued.

Katherine’s connection to her work runs deep—her first project was Port Coogee. An impressive example of long-term visioning and planning which is only now coming to fruition. Watching the marina village grow into the community it was envisioned to be is exactly the kind of long-term impact that inspires her.

Approachable, steady and people-focused, Katherine is the teammate clients rely on when they want clarity, balance and a planner who genuinely listens and understands.
