Sinta has a gift for turning ideas into visuals that feel clear, polished and effortless. As TBB’s Senior Graphic Designer, she brings a level of craft and creativity that elevates everything she touches, from complex client reports to major proposals, mapping, infographics and our own brand and marketing materials. Her work blends thoughtful design with problem solving, helping teams communicate with impact and making technical content easy to understand.

With two decades of experience across branding, typography, layout, digital and print design, Sinta is the creative mind behind many of the graphics that shape how TBB presents its work to the world. She also manages our social media presence, translating planning and design stories into visual content that is engaging, modern and unmistakably TBB.

Born in Jakarta, Sinta has lived in the United States and the United Kingdom and now calls Perth home. She brings global perspective, great humour and a calm, steady confidence to her work. Outside the office, she is the ultimate “sports mum” with 3 active boys keeping her busy in the cricket and hockey seasons.
