About Trent

Trent loves getting approvals.

He understands that by engaging with his clients at the earliest stage to understand their objectives, he can do whatever he can to help them through the approval process.

Trent joined TBB in 2021, and has 15 years of statutory planning experience. His love for planning comes from an early interest in high school geography. This led him to obtain a degree in Urban and Regional Planning from UWA.

Widely recognised as a specialist in infill development, Trent has managed more than 100 Development Assessment Panel (DAP) applications, securing approvals for over 3,000 dwellings. His portfolio also includes retail, commercial, civic and community-based developments, as well as a number of precinct plans fostering the redevelopment of inner urban areas.

Trent is a current Vice President for the WA Division of the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) and chairs the PIA policy and advocacy committee.

Perth born and raised, Trent is a keen golfer and enjoys a good craft beer at one of Perth’s small bars.
