TBB Planning is proud to celebrate key milestones for Sundrift Estate, Exmouth, with successful rezoning of the land and receiving subdivision approval.
The project vision is to transform the final stage of the Exmouth Marina into a connected, resilient and inclusive neighbourhood, one that supports the town’s long-term growth and offers a genuine sense of place for residents, businesses and visitors.
Located on the southern extent of the Exmouth Marina, the 17-hectare estate aims to deliver 167 residential lots and several non-residential and composite sites.
Commissioned by Celsius Land and the Fowler Group, TBB and the project team liaised and worked with relevant government agencies and the Shire of Exmouth to help achieve the rezoning, subdivision approval, and approval of technical studies.
The subdivision will be undertaken staged manner. Built form will be guided by a pragmatic planning framework, to support housing delivery, local jobs and investment, while reflecting the town’s coastal identity and sustainable development aspirations.
We are proud to have achieved such a significant outcome for regional WA and the project represents a strong example for how collaboration and pragmatic design can help unlock opportunities whilst working to deliver lasting benefits.
