What you’ll do:
No two days are the same. You’ll be:
- Supporting the preparation of development applications, structure plans and planning reports.
- Working across statutory and strategic planning, with exposure to urban design, engagement and placemaking.
- Assisting with masterplanning for new growth communities and precincts across WA.
- Undertaking research and analysis to support project teams and senior planners.
- Building your professional networks within the planning and development industry, government agencies and co-consultants.
- Liaising directly with clients.
- Learning from experienced planners through day-to-day collaboration and structured mentoring.
What we’re looking for:
We’d love to hear from you if you’re:
- Curious, collaborative and up for a challenge.
- Degree-qualified (or close to completion) in Urban and Regional Planning or a related discipline.
- Bringing some experience in statutory and/or strategic planning (through work, internships or placements).
- Keen to develop your project skills and build strong client relationships over time.
- A strong communicator – written, verbal and visual – and eager to keep improving.

What you’ll do
Your work will depend on your experience level, but may include:
- Contributing to masterplanning for new communities and precincts.
- Preparing or supporting development applications, planning reports and strategic documents.
- Working across statutory and strategic planning, with exposure to design, engagement and placemaking.
- Undertaking research, site analysis and planning due diligence.
- Building relationships with clients, government agencies and co-consultants.
- Presenting to panels and stakeholder groups as your capability grows.
- Learning, leading or mentoring — depending on where you’re at in your career.
No matter your level, you’ll be doing real, impactful work from day one.
Who we’re looking for

- Degree-qualified (or nearly there) in Urban and Regional Planning or a related field.
- Interested in statutory and/or strategic planning.
