Gemma's passion for getting the best out of people is key to helping TBB develop a positive culture with engaged and motivated team members.
Gemma joined TBB as People and Culture Officer in mid-2022, before being promoted to People & Culture Lead in 2023. Gemma has been a valued partner to management and the wider team, helping to design and implement people focused strategies to develop the team. Gemma completed a Bachelor of Commerce at UWA in 2013, majoring in Human Resource Management, Management and Industrial Relations. Her background includes a number of generalist HR roles within the mining sector, building, education and motor industries.
Gemma works with us part-time, spending the rest of her week wrangling her two active sons and her 3 poodles!
