Joanne (or Jo to pretty much all!) loves bringing ideas to life.
Her role is all about helping the team at TBB plan and deliver business initiatives that aim to create a great workplace, and happy clients. She also uses her significant background in digital and marketing communications to deliver marketing strategies that engage an audience and build strong brand reputation.
Jo joined the TBB team in 2021 as Principal – Business Development and Communications. Since then her role has evolved to cover marketing, operational business systems, leadership and culture, and generally driving improvements across all areas. This led to her role transitioning into General Manager in July 2023. Jo has over 15 years of marketing and management experience, and a Bachelor of Commerce from UWA.
Born and raised in Perth, Jo’s love of travel led to 3 years living and working in the UK until returning to Perth in 2017. Nowadays Jo keeps busy with her family, which includes 3 Basenjis dogs, and a very active nearly 4 year too.
I love learning about how projects take shape, from initial sketches, to becoming sustainable communities where people belong.
