Continued expansion at Hazelmere Interchange highlights the growing demand for connected industrial land across Perth’s eastern corridor.

Hesperia has announced the expansion of its Hazelmere industrial precinct by an additional 20 hectares, reinforcing the ongoing growth and demand within Perth’s eastern industrial corridor.

The Hazelmere Interchange precinct spans land on both sides of the Great Eastern Highway Bypass and continues to attract major logistics, warehousing and industrial operators seeking well-connected, future-ready facilities.

TBB Planning has been proud to support Hesperia on planning approvals and development outcomes across the precinct, with Associate Director Jarrod Ross leading the project since 2021.

The announcement follows several major recent completions within the precinct, including facilities for CEVA Logistics, Weir Minerals and Polyaire, alongside additional developments currently under construction.

The continued growth of Hazelmere reflects themes explored in our recent Insights article on Perth and Peel’s industrial land future — particularly the increasing importance of strategically located employment land supported by strong infrastructure connections.

As Perth continues to grow, industrial precincts like Hazelmere will play an important role in supporting jobs, investment and long-term economic activity across the region.
