Rocco is the heartbeat of the TBB office and an enthusiastic contributor to workplace wellbeing. He has mastered the art of boosting morale, interrupting meetings at exactly the right moment and reminding everyone to take a well-timed stretch break. With a wag that could power a small city and an impressive nap-to-play ratio, Rocco brings joy, warmth and a surprising amount of productivity to the team.

Known for his gentle nature and commitment to professional cuddling, Rocco excels in greeting visitors, supervising lunches and offering emotional support during tight deadlines. When he’s not snoozing under a desk, he can be found digging, zooming around the backyard or trying to keep up with his older brother, Russell.

Rocco may not review planning frameworks or draft structure plans, but he makes the office a brighter, happier place, which we consider essential to good planning.
