About Luka

Luka is passionate about planning that creates sustainable, equitable and future-focused communities. He enjoys helping clients navigate the approvals process and is known for his clear, strategic advice and his ability to coordinate complex projects with confidence. Since joining TBB in 2023, Luka has built a diverse portfolio of work across renewable energy, apartment and townhouse developments, residential land, and strategic and policy frameworks. In 2025, he stepped into the role of Senior Consultant, continuing to grow his leadership and technical capability.

He works closely with clients, consultants and approval authorities to deliver development applications, built form outcomes, planning strategies and scheme amendments. His previous experience at the Public Transport Authority adds valuable insight into transport, infrastructure and government processes, shaping his interest in well-connected, walkable and resilient urban environments.

For Luka, good planning is about creating places where people feel safe, healthy and inspired. He approaches each project with curiosity and collaboration, supported by strong research and analytical skills. Outside of work, Luka is often exploring new food spots, writing, playing sport or planning his next overseas adventure. He recently travelled through South-East Asia, drawing inspiration from its vibrant cultures, cities and public spaces.
