About Cassie

Cassie has a proven track record of achieving results, backed by over a decade of experience across the private, public, and academic sectors. She has delivered a wide range of complex planning projects throughout metropolitan Perth and beyond, underpinned by deep planning expertise and qualifications as an IAP2 engagement practitioner.

In 2025, Cassie was named a top 10 finalist for the Property Council of Australia’s Future Leader of the Year Award. She was also recognised as WA Young Planner of the Year by the Planning Institute of Australia in 2023 and received a national commendation.

Cassie actively contributes to the growth of the planning and property sectors through her roles on several industry association committees, including with the Property Council of Australia and the Planning Institute of Australia. She is passionate about driving innovation and reform in Western Australia’s planning system to create better outcomes for the city, its neighbourhoods, and the community.

A Perth local with family ties to the Wheatbelt and Tasmania, Cassie enjoys exploring new dining spots, travelling abroad, and spending time with her fur-baby.
