Julie-Anne—Jules to most of us—loves working on projects that genuinely make a difference. As a Senior Associate with more than 20 years’ experience in statutory planning, she brings deep expertise in land development and a calm, practical approach that supports successful outcomes for both public and private clients.

Over her 20+ years at TBB, Jules has contributed to residential, mixed-use, commercial and civic developments, often working as part of multi-disciplinary teams to navigate complex requirements and keep projects moving. Her strong planning knowledge, collaborative style and grounded, client-focused mindset make her a trusted advisor across a wide range of project types.

One of her proudest achievements is her planning work on the Wallcliffe House hotel redevelopment—breathing new life into an historic site devastated by fire in 2011.

A Perth local with a secret soft spot for Asterix comics, Jules brings the same sense of curiosity and optimism to her work as she does to life outside the office.
