Neerabup Industrial Area was planned to support long-term economic growth in the North West Corridor, while responding to environmental constraints and creating a more considered, high-quality industrial environment.

Our Role
TBB has been involved in Neerabup Industrial Area since the earliest land use and structure planning in 2000. As lead planning and design consultant, we helped establish the foundational framework that enabled the long-term development of the precinct as a major employment destination.
That early planning continues to shape the delivery of Meridian Park today. We remain actively involved in supporting DevelopmentWA as the precinct evolves—ensuring the original vision for efficient land use, sustainability and quality outcomes is carried through successive stages of subdivision, design guidance and development delivery.
The Outcome
Neerabup Industrial Area has grown into one of Perth’s most significant employment precincts, underpinned by a planning framework designed for longevity and adaptability. The original structure planning established clear land use, movement and staging principles that continue to guide development more than two decades on.
As Meridian Park is delivered, that early vision is being realised through contemporary industrial development that balances economic performance with sustainability and amenity. TBB’s ongoing involvement has provided continuity, confidence and clarity—supporting DevelopmentWA to evolve the precinct while staying true to its long-term planning intent.
