About Ashleigh

Ashleigh is a practical and collaborative planner with 18 years of experience across local government and private consultancy. She is known for her sound judgement, clear advice and ability to build constructive relationships with clients, consultants and government authorities.

Her experience spans metropolitan and regional Western Australia, covering structure planning, subdivision, local development plans, development applications, scheme amendments and planning policy. She has worked across residential, commercial, industrial, rural and infrastructure projects, giving her a broad understanding of both statutory and strategic planning.

Ashleigh’s extensive local government background provides valuable insight into how planning proposals are assessed and determined. Combined with her consultancy experience, this enables her to understand different perspectives, anticipate potential issues and help project teams identify clear, workable pathways through complex approval processes.

A career highlight has been her work on the In Town Estate in Cowaramup. Ashleigh valued the opportunity to contribute from the early structure planning stages through to delivery, working with a collaborative project team on an estate that responds thoughtfully to the character of its regional setting.

Born and raised in Perth, Ashleigh has two young daughters and enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting outdoors and making the most of weekends together.
