Kay is the kind of person who keeps a whole organisation running smoothly without ever making a fuss about it. As TBB’s Business Support Lead, she works across finance, IT, office operations, team events and anything else the business needs to stay organised, supported and moving forward. She is known for her calm efficiency, her problem-solving instincts and the way she somehow makes even the busiest days feel manageable.

Born and raised in the UK before moving to Australia at eighteen, Kay brings a resourceful, hands-on approach to everything she does. She is the first to step in when something needs fixing, the go-to for team support, and the quiet powerhouse behind the scenes who ensures things simply work. Her background in administration and business operations has given her a sharp eye for detail and a natural ability to keep many moving parts aligned at once.

Outside the office, Kay is often in her kitchen perfecting a new recipe, planning her next home renovation project or enjoying life in her recently purchased dream home. She brings care, warmth and pride to her work at TBB.
