About Claire

Claire brings warmth, clarity and deep planning expertise to every project she works on. She loves collaborating with clients and project teams to turn complex planning challenges into practical, achievable pathways. After first joining TBB Planning in 2017, Claire returns to the team with even broader experience, fresh perspective and the same friendly, thoughtful approach she is known for.

Claire’s background spans government and private consultancy, including key roles in the Department of Treasury’s Strategic Projects team where she helped deliver major State infrastructure such as Perth Stadium, the Swan River Pedestrian Bridge and Perth Children’s Hospital. These projects sharpened her skills in approvals strategy, land assembly and navigating multi-agency environments. She has also worked across a wide range of urban development and regeneration projects, preparing structure plans, local development plans, policies and strategic planning frameworks.

Most recently, Claire worked within a multidisciplinary engineering and advisory firm, strengthening her ability to integrate planning with design, transport and infrastructure considerations. Returning to TBB as a Senior Associate, she combines technical skill with a collaborative, people-focused style that clients value.

Claire now works part time while raising her young son. Outside the office she enjoys staying active, spending time with family and exploring Perth’s parks and neighbourhoods.
