Joe enjoys the diversity that comes with planning and the challenge of working through complex problems to find clear, practical outcomes. He’s motivated by helping projects move forward and making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible for his clients.

As a Senior Consultant at TBB Planning, Joe works across a range of statutory planning projects, including development applications, Significant Development Pathway approvals, SAT reconsiderations and subdivision applications. He brings a structured, detail-focused approach to his work, with a strong emphasis on project management, coordination and clear communication.

Joe has experience across a variety of development types, including student accommodation and mixed-use apartment projects. His background in consulting roles with Ventia and Planning Solutions has shaped his understanding of planning processes and how to navigate them efficiently.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning and has lived in Perth for over 17 years, after growing up in Manchester, England.
